Requests you may make

Eligible individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal. Certain jurisdictions also permit opt-outs from targeted advertising or processing legally described as sale or sharing of personal information.

Submitting a request

Email service@velnqera.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Identify your country or region and explain the right you wish to exercise. Never include a password or complete payment details.

Verification and authorized representatives

We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and protect customer records. An authorized representative may act where permitted, subject to proof of authority and any required direct verification.

Responses and non-discrimination

We respond within timeframes required by applicable law, including permitted extensions. Velnqera will not unlawfully discriminate against you for using a privacy right, although deletion of essential information may affect a requested service.

Browser signals

Where required by law and technically supported, recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals may be applied to the browser or device transmitting them.
