These Terms & Conditions apply to transactions through Velnqera and work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility and information

You must have legal capacity to purchase and must provide complete, current, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for legitimate activity under your account.

Formation of a sales contract

A product listing invites an order but does not itself create a contract. A contract forms after Velnqera accepts the order through acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated receipt merely acknowledges submission and permits review for availability, errors, fraud, and fulfillment ability.

Charges and currency

Purchases are set in USD. Checkout shows shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges. Conversion and cross-border fees imposed by a bank or payment provider are independent of Velnqera.

Delivery, ownership, and risk

Availability depends on product and destination. Ownership and risk transfer in accordance with applicable law, and ownership may remain with Velnqera until full payment is received.

Returns and consumer protections

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the standard process. Stronger mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer rights prevail where they apply.

Events outside our control

Velnqera is not responsible for delays caused by events it could not reasonably control, including natural events, government measures, infrastructure outages, labor disruption, or carrier interruption.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Transaction questions may be sent to service@velnqera.com.
