Payment Security

Velnqera uses Shopify checkout and established payment providers to support protected payment processing and transaction screening.

Encrypted checkout

Information entered during checkout travels through encrypted connections. Complete card numbers and card security codes are processed by payment providers and are not provided to Velnqera in complete readable form.

Authorization checks

Your financial institution may verify billing details, request additional authentication, or place a temporary authorization hold. That institution determines how quickly an unused authorization is released.

Fraud controls

We may assess unusual payment, device, billing, or account signals. When reasonably necessary, an order may be held for limited verification, declined, or canceled and refunded to reduce unauthorized activity.

Protect your credentials and use a trusted connection. Email service@velnqera.com for transaction support, but never send passwords or complete payment-card information.
