These Terms of Service govern your access to the Velnqera store, use of its features, and orders placed through it. By using the store, you accept these terms and the policies made available here.

Appropriate use

Use the store only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information. Do not compromise security, send malicious code, impersonate others, use disruptive automation, commit fraud, interfere with another customer, or infringe legal rights.

Ordering

An order represents an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, reject, or cancel an order because of availability, listing or pricing errors, payment concerns, suspected misuse, legal obligations, or fulfillment limits. A captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded to its original method.

Listings and prices

We make reasonable efforts to present products, availability, images, and prices accurately. Screens, manufacturing variations, or packaging revisions may create minor differences. Prices can change before acceptance, and checkout displays applicable shipping and taxes.

Content ownership

Velnqera branding, original writing, graphics, layout, and other protected store materials cannot be copied, distributed, republished, or exploited commercially without permission.

Limits and mandatory rights

The store and products remain subject to express warranties and legally required protections. To the maximum extent permitted, Velnqera is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
