Processing

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for preparation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Verification, inventory, demand, or circumstances outside reasonable control may extend this period.

Rates by order value

For destinations offered at checkout, a subtotal between USD 0.00 and USD 44.99 uses Fast shipping at USD 5.99. A subtotal of USD 45.00 or more qualifies for Free shipping at USD 0.00. Checkout is authoritative for product and destination eligibility.

Estimated transit

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs, weather, seasonal volume, or local conditions can cause delays.

Import charges

Unless checkout expressly provides otherwise, the recipient pays destination taxes, duties, brokerage, and similar import charges. These are imposed by authorities or carriers and are not controlled by Velnqera.

Tracking and delivery details

Tracking is emailed when available and can take 1–3 business days to activate. Customers should provide complete delivery information and monitor carrier messages. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment starts.

Delivery support

For tracking that remains stalled beyond a reasonable carrier period, a damaged parcel, or a delivery marked complete that cannot be located after local checks, email service@velnqera.com with the order number.
